SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Your order receives individual attention. It will be printed and packed into a clear, sealed poly bag. A printed copy of your order will be clearly visible inside the bag. In an effort to save you money, our standard shipping practice will be to send all orders to Weaver School.

Arrangements have been made for school personnel or PTA to sort and distribute individual 
orders to you when you pick up your child after school.

If you prefer having your order shipped directly to your home or office, you may select that option upon checking out. A flat rate shipping charge will then be applied to your order. Typical production time frame for orders is 5 – 8 working days. Often times, we can get customized order done within 3 – 5 days.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We stand behind and guarantee our product quality. Should you find a damage or a problem with the item you purchase from us, please call and let us know. You will find us very cooperative in making sure you are satisfied.

Size exchanges may be made in a number of ways. Due to the shipping costs, we will 
endeavor to establish an exchange bank at the school.

Garment or items with personalization (names) may not be exchanged.
